Mike Niven Interior Design in conjunction with Fram Developments have turned this ex office building into urban chic condo suites, taking advantage of the existing structure's beauty with ten foot ceilings and exposed ductwork. The kitchens are finished with AyA cabinetry using contrasting Black and Ivory High Gloss laminate doors. Open display cabinets flanking the hood add to the minimalist appeal of this kitchen. Deep built in cabinets above the stainless dishwasher and built-in microwave not only complement the design, but allow even the smallest of kitchen spaces to be fashionable and functional.
